Omar Rahman, MD, MBA
Dr. Rahman is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who focuses on both operative and non-operative management of sports-related injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, and arthritis. Dr. Rahman graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Economics. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine and concurrently obtained his Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Dr. Rahman completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital-Northwell Health in New York City, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. He then went on to the world-renowned Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles to complete his sports medicine & shoulder surgery fellowship. While training under Drs. Neal ElAttrache, Bert Mandelbaum, and John Itamura, he served as part of the medical staff for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Anaheim Ducks, Los Angeles Angels, and Los Angeles Galaxy. He was also a part of the medical staff at Pepperdine University and several local junior colleges and high schools.
